Big Hit Music, the agency, announced on the 28th that it will hold an offline performance of "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage - LA" through the fan community platform Weverse. A total of four performances will be held at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles (LA) on November 27th, 28th, and December 1st and 2nd.

It is the first time in two years that BTS has held a face-to-face performance with fans offline rather than online. The final performance of the "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" world tour held at Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul in late October 2019 was their last offline concert.

The agency said, "It is not easy to perform face-to-face due to COVID-19, but we will be able to perform in the U.S. by seeking opportunities for face-to-face performances over the quarantine policies and status of the country and region." He then said, "As it is a valuable event prepared under difficult conditions, we will do our best to provide new and high-quality performances with the health and safety of artists and fans as a top priority."

The members also said in a video posted on Weverse that day, "Now the time to dance together without permission is approaching, so let's have a good time together," adding, "As you've waited for a long time, we're preparing a lot to show you a stage without regrets, so please look forward to it."

Sofi Stadium, the concert hall, is the home stadium of the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers of the NFL, which opened last year, and is known to accommodate about 70,000 people.

Meanwhile, in the United States, the vaccination rate has recently increased, and pop stars' performances are gradually resuming. At Sofi Stadium, a performance by the rock band Rolling Stones will also be held in October ahead of the BTS performance.
